The San Diego Imperial Counties Developmental Services Foundation (FDD) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has named Sitara Sethi as its new CEO effective November 1st, 2021.
After 7 years as COO, Chuck Davis will be retiring at the end of the year.
Sitara brings over 15 years of experience leading non-profit program development and evaluation. Her impact at former organizations including Family Health Centers, Relief International and UCSD resulted in successful programs that not only raised awareness, but also directly improved lives.
Over the last three years at FDD Sitara has worked to develop and implement organizational strategic planning, communication, and fundraising campaigns; increased the Foundation’s visibility and expanded the community outreach of our grant-making ability.
“Our board of directors is thrilled to have Sitara lead the Foundation” said board chair, Jan Adams. “Sitara possesses the qualifications and expertise to grow the Foundation into an even greater, more successful, organization to create a lasting impact on our area.”
